Exactly what is the best way to do this? I'm new here, and full of questions. Currently doing some reading and trying to get my feet wet before I start asking questions thats been hashed out a million times before.

I think you should change your domain name to something short. 13 letters or less is great for SEO purposes. Try americondos.com and just redirect you old URL if it already generates traffic.

1228 keywords? Meta is about quality not quantity. Looking at your meta I would think you would optimize for condos for sale or condominiums for sale. I don't see you optimized for anything. Please advise me.
