It might actually be wise to leave misspellings on your pages (almost deliberately) - although I can't find one based on the word accommodations just yet. If you leave some (to catch visitors who misspell when they use google), go for the unobtrusive ones. I agree that Aisia is a put-off ;)
On first glance your home page looks quite good (not only SEO-wise but also aestetically). That said, there are a couple of things you should consider:
* Your title - albeit quite focused - is a bit long. Chances are it will be truncated on the serps (I haven't checked, but on some SEs I'm sure it will happen). It's up to you to decide what's more important: having all these keywords in it, or look more appealing to click on... I guess you must move from the former to the latter as you rise in the serps ;)
* You DO have h1 tags, which is good, but they are relatively far down the page/source code. Ideally you'd have your h1 tags near the top - both on-page and in-code - to improve their value. You could do something with css to have your navigation stuff at the end of your html-file, but still have it appear on the top on your page. If that's too complicated, then leave it...
* Have you checked the Wordtracker/Overture keyword suggestion tool at DigitalPoint? It should give you an idea what people search for in your business. Don't optimise one page for too many keywords, but if you find good alternatives, you could set up an alternative entry point: i.e. another page to catch visitors, optimised for alternative keywords.
* If you had enough (high-quality) inbound links, you'd have a higher PR by now. Turn that around and, well you guessed it... Since travel business is highly competitive, and G seems to be fed up with it (that's only hearsay, but read the various posts ;) ), it will perhaps take more effort for you than for -say- a Sign Language Teacher to get high rankings.
So if your budget is low: go for more content (entry pages) based on "niche" keywords, otherwise build a vast backlinks network...
Cheers.
