Who would you suggest
I have been told by several companies that doing an optimaztion would be very difficult.

1st site is a yahoo store. I was told there is very little that can be done because of this.

2nd site is dynamic site and i was told that it would have to be changed to a static site.

I am think of starting another one. Is there any companies that does SEO and designing.

Any thought on this subject would be greatly helpful.

Is that osCommerce you're using for the second site? If it is, there is a mod you can use that will kill session ids for robots. You don't need to make it a static site. I use osCommerce and my site gets spidered on a regular basis and all my pages can be found in the search engines.There are other mods too that will help with seo, like dynamic descriptions and keywords for the categories and products. Check out the contribs section of the site and you'll find everything you need.
