Hi, it desparately needs graphical elements, should have better internal formatting like h1 tags. You also should not really use tables for layout.
Your content is in place and that can be quite the informative site but you need good headers in addition to the info, and banner for each page and some other graphical elements. hope that helps Nigel

Interesting concept.
you create a page with some general information found from other websites, you then add google adwords to your site because you know that Mesothelioma is the highest priced keyword due to lawyers paying out the a$$ fighting for it to find potential clients, because they can make a killing of off such a lawsuits from lawyers. That is just my first impression of course.
