Help with website
hawaii-relocation.com
I have optimize the site and is on every first page on yahoo for its keywords. The problem is gooxxx it only comes up for the lessor important keywords not for the ones I want.
What have I done wrong. key phrases are hawaii real estate and oahu real estate. first page on gooxxx for hawaii relocation and kauai real estate hawaii and oahu mls.

Site has 8000 backlinks and correct anchor text.

Odd that a 3 year old site with 8000 backlinks would only be a PR3. Must have an awful lot of really useless backlinks. My first impulse is to say that you need some higher-caliber backlinks to the site.

backlinks
site will be a PR5 if we ever have an update, nothing to do with links.
on page optimization is the problem?

1/2 the links are new , but it does not matter that much, I have other sites that more daily with new links on goog

Hmmm...i tend to think it does matter. I wouldn't discount the idea of the links being a problem if it were me. That's where I would be focusing my attention.
