help with google optimizing

Hi,
I am trying to get my site further up the listings in google
for the search term xxx xxx xxxxx.
I would really appreciate any constructive feedback on improving
the site which is

At the moment i have around 50-60 inbound links most using gold coast
limousine as the link text.

Currently it is at position 211.

Any help much appreciated.
