Help me out! Review my site
Okay, been working on this site for a few months now. Targeting the keyword phrase "Accounting Jobs". Still #6 in google (#5 on www-fi). I have been building up my links lately.
Can anyone give me any suggestions to maybe boost our site up a little bit? Any help is greatly appreciated and if it works I'll make sure to tell him that the good folks at SEO Chat helped me out. I swear I will.... Oh and you probably want the link CareerBank Thank you!

1. Put any css and js in an external file and call it. Will reduce the amount of stuff google has to wade through to see your real words.
2. The phrase Accounting Jobs doesn't appear often enough. Change your title so that Accounting Jobs (with the two words next to each other) is in there. same for the small text above your logo. Any other place you can logically place this phrase would also help. 3. #6 is good, so be happy! :-)

Thank you for the response. I know that the keyword density is not high enough, but if I change the title everyone gets angry at me
 Oh well, I think I will change the little text at the top and see if anyone here at the office notices....
