Help a new site at www.classijob.com

This site is about 2 mth old. Just got the PR updated yesterday from 0 to 3 it has about 10 backlink ( but google is still showing 0 .) why? Will PR improve if I put more content or should I be concentrating on getting backlinks? How do I get myself at leaset listed in keyword search? I am no where to be found in any keyword search. You must get more backlinks, no doubt about it. 10 is nothing. Get about 100 links back from simi-similar sites that have a PR of about 5, no less than 4. This is the only way to get a good SERP nowadays. Make sure the links have keyword text in them. Google will not show all linkbacks, your lucky to see half of them. Don't know why but it happens that way. I think the sites have to be "like content", according to Google, to show up.
The site itself is good, I guess for Singapore. I just know that the online job search industry is saturated and you'll be lucky to rank high at all. Pay a professional to help you.
