Free service, but noone can find it

Hello, I posted a few months ago about my free url redirection site that offers short url's for webmasters, the service includes no adverts what so ever, no charge...its a real genuin service.

The previous site had some really overused alt tags and wasnt very well layed out. The new site has all the links on every single page, logins and signups on every page and a description of the service on every page. The text on the site is consistant with the key meta tag keywords. We are in google but do not have a google ranking. We did have but the site went down due to no fault of my own and google updated then with a "website down" page.

The sites previous ranking was 1 and I am hoping for a better ranking this time round. The site has 15 - 35 hits per day but I have been to loads of websites getting as many incomming links as I possible can. Any more feedback on the site would be great.
