I have been trying to improve my website in order to get a better rank on search engines, but I may have forgotten basics things!
I have worked on internal and external optimization but I am sure lots of things can be done ;)

hey there!
you seem to have done pretty well already, a high PR 5 with about 100 backlinks. Well done!

In order to rank highly for certain keywords you need to have them in your backlink's anchor text.

So for example you were targeting the keywords "health care" you should be looking for people to link back to you with "health care" as the anchor text.

Your onpage optimisation seems to be executed well, I really cannot fault your site at all.

Thanks for your help,I agree with those comments, unfortunately it's been like this before I arrived in this company and they didn't want to change their website ... I have to wait until the next version to get a new architecture ...
