fell behind last dance

I can use any help I can use I droped down 5 spots on last dance and lost 1 point on PR... My site is a 10 according to Web Position Pro. I have worked the last month about 6 hrs. per night getting links
my site is www.italianplasters.com and the search term is venetian plaster
a girl with no description, no key words in the title, no key words listed just blew me away this last dance for my search term. She is at http://www.arlettasartfuls.com/faux_finishes.htm
all she has on the page is a couple of pictures...
Any help would be appreciated. Any other suggestions on site would also be appreciated. Not sure where to go from here.

You have too much reliance on js

Use ordinary links with keywords as your competitor does

Text with keywords is good

KISS kepp it simple stupid js is no good for links and google places great emphasis on this

I had a quick look at the source code for each page and a few suggestions:

1. The other site has no javascript on the page; you should consider moving your javascript to an external sheet, it will still work but it won't be "cluttering up your page" making the relevant code easier for SEs to read.

2. I would also move any styles to an external style sheet. See Clasione's "okay okay you can look at my site" thread.

3. I would also use the google dance tool and visit all of her inbound links and make a note of each PR and do the same to yours, not just for your keywords, but for your urls. Perhaps she has more high PRs?

4. Compare each site with SE eyes. How does the search engines "see" your site? Go to

and enter each url. You will be able to compare.

This is just off the top of my head, I am sure there are other members who can offer more insight. good luck!

Thank you. All js is off of page. All of her inbound links just comes from her site. No outside links. Thats why I am confused.
I guess I should be grateful went from not in the first 200 to the first page in the month of January for venetian plaster. But would like to get back in the 10. I was reading about a se site map. Would this help?
