Liked the visual appeal of the first two, very professional. The third looks like a SE trap with a bunch of keyword text. I would change the nav of the first one, just not very good graphic. You might also put in there price examples, references, and testiments.
The meta info on the fist kills me. It's repeated over and over and has crazy tags like meta name="seoby", what is that? Meta is a programming thing and has specific functions, you can't make up your own meta's. And you only really need about 3 of them, keywords, description, and maybe robots or revisit. You trash the rest which is probably getting you penalized by Google for spamming.
