Did I mess up this site?

I am trying to help this lady with her index page http://www.lullaby-creations.com
She added a new title, description, and key words today, but I don't know if they are correct as she did it in php and I write in html.

I don't know if everything is in the right place - because of the language difference. When I check it in http://jimworld.com/tools/keyword-a...pider.cgi?lang=
the results showed her description as being -
Meta Description tag : New baby gift items Baskets and Shower Gifts title META NAME

Description is suppose to be New baby gifts items from Lullaby Creations. A specialty boutique featuring handcrafted baby bedding, exquisite gift baskets, bath and body products for Moms, babies and toddlers.

But when I checked in net mechanic, it has the right description.

Could someone please tell me if the right description is being seen at all, are her other meta tags in the right place.

I want to help her not destroy her site completely.
I know she needs backlinks, but is everything else good to go?

All you have to do is go to the page and View Source. That's what Google will see. In this case, there are TWO meta description tags. Get rid of the one she doesn't want.
