Choosing keyword

Hi,

I have done some reasearch with Wordtracker.I am looking for good keyword for my site.Could you suggest me what keyword to use.The results were as follows:
1. phrase with : Competing 241194 and Count 602
3. phrase with : Competing 9414 and Count 145
3. phrase with : Competing 1931 and Count 93

Is it very hard to get good position with that kind of competition?

Edit: Sorry, it went under wrong forum

All of those look to be poor choices according to the Wordtracker KEI structure. Some of the keywords that I'm looking at have only 4000 competing for 600 count which is much more reasonable than 250,000 competing !

Have you tried really poking around in the thesaurus and alternative words? You might be able to find things with KEI over 50 or even over 500 like some that I'm looking at

Yeah, the thesaurus is a great idea unless the site is about guitars or something like that, there is no other word for "guitar".... well.... except axe...
