Ummm, not a huge fan (sorry)
This is an seo forum and you should have put some work into your site before you ask for a critique. I am not tryng to be harsh but it looks to me like a bunch of cut and paste bravenet banners.

What exactly is the focus of your site? Having a good perspective etc will really help you define what it is you are looking to accomplish online. If you have a goal than reaching it is infinitely less painful.
