Blackpool.... Go for IT!

I've a website http://www.Blackpool4hotels.com and I want it to be found in Google for the searches:

Blackpool hotels

hotels in Blackpool

However, it never gets a look in as the other websites seem to over shadow it. I've tried all sorts but not sure where I'm going wrong. I've played with the keywords, increased links and so on. However, the other sites seem to have the edge. Can anyone recommend a new strategy or point out any major flaws?
