Beginner Seo Need some advise

well i can tell you this much - im new here so take it with a grain of salt.
one you use a flash intro - this is argued by some to detract from most sites ranking, two when someone clicks on the skip intro they should be transfered to the next page not find an 8 pt link lower on the page. three you see to be using frames on your site - this is also said by most to be a no no Quote:

Would agree with most of Video4's comments. Also you need plenty more backlinks to get popular in the search engines. Only found 3 backlinks on the first site.
