Backward LINk Question

hi there, i want to know how long i can go to PR6 or 7 from PR 5 and also need some advices about my site. www.pinonsale.com
and i want to know how long more i can get to PR6 and is that many backward link in my site.
and also

when i check my stat / weblog it show google spider my site
hits (445) bandwidth (41.68 MB )
what does it mean, is that good or bad, if google spider more of my site

If Google was only spidering one page then I'd be worried. To get to PR 5 seems pretty easy but getting from PR5 to above takes a lot of work and a very high link popularity which only very large sites seem to be able to do. A high PR does not mean that you will get more hits but it helps. Site looks good and seems to be well optimized. Good luck with it.
