Site seems pretty well optimized to me. "mobility scooters uk" search shows your page as #1 on google, and you're #28 overall on google for "mobility scooters".
To get higher than that, I'd say you need to work on link building. Yahoo is turning up 52 links for your site, the #1 result for "mobility scooters", www.pridemobility.com, shows 1,420 links.
Keyword selection, content, title, etc, seem to be solid.
