Any help would be very much appreciated!

Hi ppl,
I have a website selling Body piercing jewellery. It uses frames and has a terrible PR of 1/10 and an equally terrible position on google. It seems to have moved up from the gates of hell to around page 4 in the last couple of days but well thats not much better huh?? lol.
Any ideas that may help me would be very much appreciated.
The keywords I'm most interested in are simply 'body jewellery' ... if I can crack that one I'd be happy enough
