Any advice for speeding things up?
Hello Everyone!
I'm currently working on a site that had been designed using IFrames and has 3 Shockwave audio files embeded on the page. These slow loading files are also embeded into the "no frames content" as well as the actual frame. Is there anything that can be done to speed up download time without changing the page layout? Any help appreciated! -Jon |

Consider compressing the files some. This will degrade the visual quality, but improve load time. Also consider using an image slicer to slice off static portions of your content and only refresh the non static portions in your flash.
Flash is rarely worth the effort when it comes to search engine marketing, as it provides no content. It also frustrates many users with narrowband connections. Search Marketing Info |

I agree here "Also consider using an image slicer to slice off static portions of your content and only refresh the non static portions in your flash." This will help in download time
