I put that through Google Translate and it came out with "why are there no back links for a particular website?" -- I hope that's correct? Even with the translated version it's still difficult to work out exactly what you're asking.
First answer, taking the question very literally, would be: because no one has linked to it. I'm going to take a stab in the dark with the second and assume that you're asking why, when checking via the link: search in Google, the results show as zero links even though you know it has some. Link: searches in Google only ever return a very small percentage of all the links, and often this can mean displaying no links even though Google is aware of many. The same would apply to any back link checking tool that relies on Google's link: search.
