SEO Software Package

Alright Guys i was wondering if there was any software or perhaps a website that allows you to put in lots of key words and where your site is placed come in thier used to be a bit of sortware that started with seo but i have forgoten what is was. Any help is fantastic. Weather its free or paid would be fantatsic. Also other than google anyltics is their anyway of tracking which natrual search engines pharses are leading to converstions for your site not just paid listing. Thanks in advance
