Is there any way to get stats on a keyword for past months? Also is it correct to multiply overtures keyword hit number by 3 to get googles number of keyword hits?

your website hosting company has your keyword stats, it's usually located on your site but hidden, just ask them.

tonton refers to your log files and I'm not sure about Overture vs. Google... I don't think anyone really is.

IMHO, to try and estimate the number of hits you are going to get is an exercise in futility!
Use all/any keyword tool(s) to figure out the relative importance of one keyword as compared to another.

Thanks for the replies and the welcome. My question was a little vague. Ill explain it a little better.

Say you typed in "cups" in overtures search tool. It gives you so many hits for the keyword cups for last month. Say for November. Is there any way to get the amount of hits for that keyword for the months prior like August, September, etc.
