Pad File Submission Help!!

hi Everyone!

I'm a newbie in PAD file making. I need your help :-( I'm stuck in a rut and can't seem to figure out what's wrong. I've made an exe file (for software submission) Then I uploaded it to mediafire, then copied the URL from the "share" button. I then pasted the URL in my Pad Generator. I can't seem to generate a PAD file since it has been prompting me to enter a PAD XML file directory. The problem is, I don't know which directory to upload this to because in mediafire, the directories assigned are random. Any tips? I don't know how to generate the PAD file without any XML file URL. What should I write in that field to fill the info? Thanks a lot guys

Try and use a Pad generator, Perhaps PADGen.. using this, you'll then get an XML PAD file version, which you'll have to upload on a server so that you have a defined path for the file.

Sites like mediafire do not have a direct path to the file, but they are aavailable in a downloadable format.

Try using the PAD files through a website server.. Why dont you just upload the PAD file onto the same website server of whose software you are promoting?

Thanks! I've tried that too. I've tried accessing the website server, and I created a "PAD" file directory for it. I uploaded the files, but couldn't seem to view them when I type the URL. The website also uses wordpress,.,, does that matter?
I have Padgen. What exactly are the steps when using a pad gen?

Should I:type in everything and leave the xml file blank? then generate the pad file? then upload it on the web server.. then..? :-(

yes that should work..

While you fill up the form, it'll automatically create the entries into the XML file.. so u need not to do anything with the XML directly.. try it..I think it'll work
