Link building management

I run a web design company and I have a number of remote workers who are performing link building for me. I need a web based tool which allows the tracking and management for link building for multiple clients.

The main features I'm looking for include:

- ability to track all websites that have been contacted for link requests
- ability to change the status of said links (e.g. link added, pending, link refused)
- multiple logins and clients
- various fields for adding information about PR, Alexa rating etc

things that would be nice to have but not mandatory:
- web based e-mail system so it's all fully integrated
- client login so they can review the links added to date
- mass link checker to confirm links are still present on the websites

Any suggestions?

I use LinkAssistant for this - does everything you need, but it's a desktop software, not a web tool.

Same here, LinkAssistant. But I got pretty used to it, and getting used is not always so good... Maybe there's something better?

These 2 link building tools are both web based and do what you're looking for. I'm still using both of them and they work great.

linksmanager.com

and www.linkfrogs.com

Bit of an update on this one - I've been using Raven for the past couple of months - it does everything I need it to (and then some)
