Keyword Tracking tool for multiple clients?

Howdy,

I have been looking in vain for a tool that suits my companies needs.

We have about 1000 SEO clients, and we want to provide better keyword tracking.

We have been using Web position gold, but it is glitchy, unreliable, and sends the reports out via email through MHtml, which seems broken, or Zip which is not user freindly.

Is there a tool or company out there that could provie a simple login interface, where our clients could log on, and view their rankings over time?
Difficulty: It needs to be Scalable to our 1000 client base.
