I use opensiteexplorer.org from seoMOZ because it orders the results by mozrank.

Try SEO Spyglass v3.14 its pretty awesome for checking backlink stats.

SEOSpyGlass has many parameters, sorting functions.

Personally I use backlinkwatch.com as a basis. It's semi-accurate so give you a rough indication of your backlink count; but you can only view the first 1000 links, so if your analysing anything more than that don't use backlinkwatch.

If your serious about monitoring inbound links I'd recommend using SEOMoz on a regular basis to analyse the performance.

I always use Yahoo Site Explorer and backlinkwatch(.)com ...
They are good enough for me...
