Hey, I have to make a complete competitor's analysis report for my client. Can any body tell me the best free competitor analysis tool...!!!!!

Its too general. But let me give you some tips.

Analyze your competitor through
- Their Back Links (Use Yahoo and Msn as reference)
- Domain age (For comparison)
- How optimized your competitors site is
- You can also rely on their targeted keywords
- How useful their content
- IBLs stats
- You can use google/forums as reference but not just to rely on forums (it feels good when you've got an achievements in your own way)

There are tools like Seo Elite and Keyword Elite which analyze your competitors, the latter being fairly good. However even the best tools will never be as precise and accurate and as good as manual human labor...
