SEO Experimentation

First of all, I would like to say thanks to the MODs at SEO Chat for being pro active and taking my request on board for a specific forum for SEO Experimentation and testing.

Suggestions and Innfo for SEO experiments.

When starting a new experiment clearly define what it is that you intend to test and discover. Id there something that is causing a lot of debate?
Ask questions and get comments here before starting the test.

When running a test it is a good idea to keep a spread sheet with all the info you can gather and notes on the test you are running.

It is best to have a control and have an as static domain as possible.

Current Experiments.

User Behaviour Testing
I am currently running a test but please post URLs of other tests.
My test has been running for a few days with a few people clicking on the site and staying there. It has switched between a couple of data centers and gone up and down a few positions.
When this test is complete I will analyse the duration and click through useage and the bounce rate and see if I can correlate any of these to a change in SERPs.

NavyCS recently did a test on Meta tags and effect in different search engines. This is always a hottly discussed topic and whilst it confirmed what we new in Google, it actually showed that Yahoo does read meta keywords.
