Thumbs up How you compute Link Value?

Hi..

I was looking at the link values and I have two link values of .378 (green color). I was interested in how this is calculated and why would these links have such a high value since they are both T 301 redirects.

Thank you for your time

Hello all, I am planning on building a new computer. I will be mostly using it for gaming purposes. The three choice of graphic cards i am willing to spend money on are:
ATI Radeon HD4870 512MB
NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GTX 512MB
NVIDIA GeForce 260 GTX 896MB
Please give me your opinions or please post any links which compare these graphic cards, so I can decide which cards fits my needs.......
