Guys my company has a dedicated server in US and i want to host several websites on it, now my question is does all the sites have the same IP address...?? If yes than what to do to get the unique different IP for each site...??

Depands on you server configuration. In many shared hosting companies by default more than one website is hosted on the same IP and web server when gets request checks for which domain the request come and serves particular web application.

Of course each website can have different IP even laying on one machine then you need to configure webserver so each application assign it's 80 port to different IP. But you must direct more than one ip address to that machine.

This can be done even through http://www.apache.org server
