what is the si at the end of this expression?

$pattern = "@<\s*a\s+href\s*=\s*([\"\'])?(http://([^>\"\']+))\\1.*?>@si";

does the i make it case insentive?

I believe that is correct, sets the pattern to be case insensitive.
