I want to another website's homepage to showup as a popunder when someone comes to my site. Does anyone here know what code I need to put on my site? Please, explain it like if you were talking to a 5 year old, I get really mixed up when talking about codes :-?

Not much gets by the new WinXP SP2 popup blocking in IE. I noticed a lot of sites managed to get by the blocking of the google toolbar blocker but haven't see much popups since SP2.
