Opinions on WebPosition Gold

Has anyone used this product before and have they experienced any uncrease in ranking? I just read about this product and I was curious. I assume I'm going to get flamed for this, but this is really just an inquiry. Also, I noticed on http://www.google.com/webmasters/guidelines.html it specifically say they wouldn't like you to use it. Which increases my curiosity.

oops. I mean't increase not uncrease.

I tried it and it uncreased my brain. Very complicated.

and hard on google's servers when you have 100's of ppl using it...

I used Web Position Gold for about 1 year but I can't tell you if I increased my position.. That's because even if I was using that software I continued to do manual submissions. Anyway I didn't damage the positions I reached with Web position.

I can tell you that the reporter included on WPG, was very useful to check the ranking of the webisite with its main keywords. So when I saw the position was decreasing with a specific keyword, I was able to work about it.

P.S: I'm having a lot of hits from the googlebot this week... is maybe the deepcrawl started?

Using their ranking software is not liked by google at all, they want you to use one of their API rank checkers and allow you to do only 1000 inquiries in a certian amount of time. they have you register with them and then you can use a freeware tool to check positions.

Submitting sites is almost useless now, you should get links back to you and then the engines find you thru that avenue. Make sure you have a robots file there also to "help" them. If you find a need to submit, then do it by hand.. I mean for google it is entering a URL is all...
