Dreamweaver - IE7 blocks my javascript menu

Am I doing something wrong. My site is working fine as regards taking orders etc.

Using Dreamweaver to "preview website: my new copy of IE7 will not work. The menu will not display, and I get a yellow bar at the top of the browser window that says

"To help protect your security, Internet Explorer stopped this site from installing an ActiveX control on your computer. Click here for options."

My site is working fine as regards taking orders etc. but I am worried that some users are being given that ActiveX warning.
