I'm sure you didn't mention that to your client so ask them to hire a real SEO.

I didn't ask the questions here to get ridiculed...

I just want an easy software to dynamically create pages for 250 keywords and then was wondering how to submit each page individually, the way I submit now is by domain only, not seperate pages

Unfortunately, you're ignorance will get your client penalized so it's best to avoid what you proposed.

What's wrong with the current website pages?

First of all you need to use google sitemaps to get all of your pages seen. That is the easy way of getting the pages crawled. Generating the pages is a different story.

The easiest way is to pay someone in China to write the stuff for you. This way it is cheap, easy and hopefully will not be penalized as duplicate content.
