What are your clients asking for?

I am interested to know the most common (and uncommon) things that clients ask for.

E.g.

I want to rank "1 for my main keyword
I want to rank for local terms only
I just want you to build me links
I just changed my site and now my traffic has dropped right of
Someone did some shady SEO and now I got a penalty

Most want better rankings which in turn will give more traffic.
It depends on the client for local terms, some do some want global.
Most all want links, which reverts back to the more traffic and better rankings thing.
I don't get many of the 'Someone did some shady SEO and now I got a penalty' But that's because I have been aiming them elsewhere, expecially the bad ones and most of them don't want to spend what it'll take which is the reason there in that predicament in the first place..you know the ones...5000 links for $ 50.00 (oh what a good deal they got) lol
