This would be dependent on:
1. company size
2. targetted market - small, medium or large enterprises,
3. skill level and experience
4. commission on projects/work and/or bonuses
5. risk level of projects
6. factual responsibilities (noting "just SEO" as a coder or link developer usually low end, contract closer usually higher end)
There is no fixed scale but would think on average "on employees"
1. upper limit senior $80 - $120K/year
2. normal $40 - $60K/year
3. intermediate $30K/year
4. entry $20K/year
