I have an ex customers domain name that I have used as a test area to build a new website for a new customer!
I have found that the site has been indexed and is listed quiet well with Goolge. I want to upload the new site under the proper Domain Name and submit it. What is the best way of getting the old test site removed or do I put up a load of rubbish and hopefully when the site is crawled next the search results will be over written? |

Hi,
If you are allowed to do whatever you want with this ex customers domain name, use a 301 redirect from there to the new domain. This should transfer the 'popularity' to the new domain. Jean-Luc |
