Hi,

Of the original top ten "Ultramarine" web sites there are only six left in the top ten.
There are now 11 "Nigritude Ultramarine" web sites in the top twenty for "Ultramarine".

Will the "Nigritude Ultramarine" web sites be able to capture the top ten?

Tell us what you think!

Definitely a good chance of it happening by June 7th. Then even eventually the top 15 to 20 will be replaced.

This will depend on if any of those original people get some GOOD help or not.

Hi Debunked,

I think there is a good possibility that the "Ultramarine" websites are getting many SEO offers these days. There is always some search engine optimisation firms who would like to cash in on this event.

Does anyone know how many searches there was for Ultramarine before the contest?
Was it a popular keyword?

I'm not getting any offers and I've been sitting at #4 to #6 this entire time out of 23000 websites

Maybe I should put a plug in there ..

Hi,

I want to give all an update.

There are only 3 "Ultramarine"-web sites in the top 10 for "Ultramarine", the top three spots are held by "Nigitude Ultramarine" web sites. In the top 20 for "Ultramarine" there are only 5 "Ultramarine websites". The Nigritude Ultramarine websites out rank the Ultramarine websites 3 to 1 in the top 20.

The Ultramarine keyword is destroyed. Will Google take action?

Hi relaxzoolander,

Ok, I am not sure how often the "Ultramarine" keyword is used by websurfers,
but there is 125,000 results for "Ultramarine -nigritude". So there is a chance
that the keyword was used to locate Ultramarine stuff.

ultramarine as a keyword

there are a few businesses with the word 'ultramarine' in its name.
it is also a big word in the 'paint' industry. [as in artists paint]
so its definitely out there.
its a bigger commercial word than 'nigritude'.
our nigritude ultramarine seo contest pages are using both of these words and their multiple definitions.
this nigritude ultramarine page focuses on the word ultramarine definitions.
this nigritude ultramarine page focuses on the nigritude definitions.
i really dont think the commercial value is highly significant enough for either word for google to take any action.
perhaps if someone starts to complain they might.
it would be easy enough for google to filter out all the sites that contain 'both' words from the search results of each 'individual' word.
that would get the individuals searches for 'nigritude' or 'ultramarine' back to normal as well as not affect the contest search results for 'nigritude ultramarine'.
everyone could be happy.
