trafficconversions.com - anyone hear of them?

They sent me an email today saying they were going to generate a forty page sites on one of the brands that one of our web sites carries. They said:

"Based on your industry, we predict this site will start receiving 2.000 hits per month within 3 to 6 months, and eventually build up to the point where its getting anywhere from 5,000 to 20,000 visitors per month within the first 6 to 12 months."

It almost seemed like a spam email, but it had enough detail that I knew a human had looked at it. I'm just wondering if anyone has heard of them, used their services, etc. and whether you believe them to be credible.

I was wondering if you ever found how legitimate this company was. We received a similar email saying that they were writing some articles, wanted to write about our company, and it would give us good exposure. We initially thought the same thing, about it being spam, and I can't tell from their website.

Thank you
Jessica
