Well are you looking for a shared host? dedicated server? Unix? Windows? SQL? Access? Space? Bandwidth?

There are many out there but you have to be a bit more specific

--- Please excuse my ignorance --- I am interested in a dedicated server, Windows based, something that requires no maintainence on my part 24/7 help, and easy cpanel navigation/set up

If you are looking for a fully managed, no maintance windows server, I highly recommend Xiolink.com (formerly rackmy.com), for cheaper, but completely not managed servers, you could look at EV1Servers

But Xiolink would be my first choice.
