SEORank - Talented, Smart, but Anonymous

I have recently read through a dozen or more articles at seorank.com and was very impressed by the grasp they have on the SEO world and the thoughtful research and intelligent conclusions they come to. I'm surprised I've never seen the people behind their work around the SEO forums - are they WMW only?

Also, has anyone used their services? Would you recommend them for SEO work?
