SEO professionals for Affiliate Websites?
I myself can do low level SEO. But with my affiliate sites the positions are volatile as the rankings are based on the number of links but not on Quality of Links. I want to hire some SEO professional who do Good SEO (got to know about benefits of quality links after hanging around here a lot)
Will SEO professionals do SEO for affiliate sites? If yes, can anyone do some recommendation?

Depends.
Most good SEOs will use their discretion as to who they will work for - even when there is good money involved.
If the site is a disaster to begin with:
1. It will be nearly impossible to obtain 'natural' links without extensive on-site work to increase the quality (in which case they may as well do the whole thing themselves and take all the money).
2. SEOs may see it as too 'risky' - if they obtain you 'unnatural' links -when you beat the good sites, those good sites will try to find out how... and attract unwanted attention.
Cr*p sites could well be a 'no' for a good SEO.
Saying that; your sites could be really good or a good SEO could, as part of helping you develop 'ranks' - (arguably should) give you ideas to develop the site for quality.

I have done SEO for a bunch of affiliate sites with great success.
The main problem you have is that the barrier to entry in such markets is VERY low. All you really need to do is build a site and join a couple of affiliate networks and bingo!
This being the case you might quickly find that your old SEO soon become your new competition.
Second, quality development requires investment. Even in the highest paying affiliate markets around there is rarely enough money to keep both the site owner and SEO in the life to which they would like to become accustomed to
