Seo Professional Required - Profit Sharing

I am a hip hop producer who has two websites...

I am looking for someone to do freelance SEO/SEM for my site. Compensation will be based on profit sharing model. Exact details and contract tbd.

I need someone who is not afraid to take on a flash only site (with the exception of our online shop) and we have no specific timeline.

good gosh that kinda post will bring out the most pms....but most aren't worth even reading.

go to the SEO Professionals forum here, and start to read posts like yours..you'll see many answers here from long time members, with very high posting numbers and major Reputation scores. look to them for aid....else you're just wasting your $$$ !!!

Good gosh. Every time i see the profit share model I cringe. Look back to search how fathom has approached this model. If it's a great idea someone will come on onboard but for major profit AND asset share.

Instead of working for a profit share, I should just become a reseller of a similar product line and keep all of the profit plus I would own the website.

(and I would build one that ranks instead of trying to lift a flash site with no text.)

Bang on EGOL - its the same principle as all these make money online schemes.

such as

"I will show you how to make $100,000 online per month working only 2 hours a week right from the comfort of your own home - all it costs is $400 of your hard earned".

Well if I had a business model that could generate that kind of profit I would hire someone at a decent hourly rate and grow the business, not tell everyone how to do it.

Or - "I make $$$$'s per day through these online marketing secrets which I will gladly give away for $99 because I am stupid!"

If the economics don't fit - it doesn't work.

Still, they are good for a laugh though.

Any SEO no matter how experienced or inexperienced should require you to "push" the domain to them...

If they labor for free to build up a flash domain... and you say in the future "we decided to go a different direction - thanks but your services are no longer required..." at least the SEO has what he labored on... "for free" and you are back to where you were.

If this is "too risky" for you because the SEO can walk away with your domain... well now you can appreciate why these strategies don't work... it's hard enough to trust your livelihood with your own family that you've known for decades... working with someone you "just met" and asking them to "trust you" when you won't "trust the other way"...

Absolutely 100% business failure. It's your business... it's your risk... if marketing is too risky - close the business.
