SEO Pro needed for established site

I am in a need of a professional help. I have a site that was doing quite well, but recently it began dropping on my most important keyword in Google (it is a single word and I was on #5, now down at #10). It has also dropped significantly in Yahoo recently (from #5 to #10, or even #13, depending on location). I assume that either my backlinks have shrunk, competition is doing SEO work, or Google changes something in their algo resulting in lowered ranking.

Anyone would be interested?

What exactly is the job.

1) Do you want a skilled person to look at your site and offer some analysis of the current SEO?

2) Do you want someone to make an educated guess as to why your rankings have fallen?

3) Do you want a person to take on a long term SEO contract for your site?

4) Do you want a link building service?

5) Do you want content writers?

6) How much money are you willing to invest in the SEO?

The good SEOs are not chasing work. Those that chase work on forums like this tend to be new at SEO or bad at SEO.

If you are after some good advice only, then if you are willing to spend around $150 per hour (ball park guesstimate)you could get some of the good SEOs on this board to give you some advice. This would probably be money well spent.

If you are looking for a person/firm to do the SEO of your site be willing to spend from $5000 to $50,000.

You post IMHO will attract only those who as said above are new or useless without more information.

Anyway best of luck I hope you recover your rankings.

I guess I need a little of everything. If I knew what was needed I would be a SEO pro myself I guess that my site lacks backlinks, but maybe there is something else to it. I could not offer $50,000, but I suspect that would be for a large site with very competitive keywords.

Well, if you're looking to build up your rankings for a one word term for your home page, build more links to your home page with that one word (and only that one word) as the anchor text. There's not much on page that's going to help a great deal.

You could probably benefit from a better internal linking structure as well (but for other keywords, that won't help for the one word you're going after for your home page).

Beyond this, there's plenty that could be done, but that's how you have to approach it I think.

Look for somebody with a strong link building background (and be prepared to create a link building budget). Just make sure it doesn't get spent on directories.

I just looked at your site and I must say the Alexa Rank for your website is decent.

Important Suggestion: Always include Physical Address and Telephone number as contact information, not just email addresses. This adds credibility and ends up with more sales. Well, I don't buy unless I have contact details of the buyer! (Just a suggestion)

I can create a free proposal but let me know if you are still interested!

Well, this is a trade-off. We have most of customers located in US, while we are in Poland. We do not offer phone-based support, and time difference is one of the reasons. And we decided not to publish the mailing address just in case seeing a remote country like Poland scares somebody away.
