Description: eMergent Marketing is a rapidly growing and proven leader in the eMarketing and Conversion Services industry. We are looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial, outgoing individual who has a minimum of 4 years of direct working experience in organic search engine optimization.

We are seeking a full-time eMarketing Strategist to take on a leadership role within eMergent Marketing's Organic Search Practice in Cleveland, Ohio. The qualified individual should be looking to lead, succeed, and prosper in a fast-paced business environment. This position includes the following responsibilities:
-Manage organic optimization projects from strategy through implementation with no hand-holding
-Analyze customer Web sites and provide well-defined strategies for search engine improvement
-Leverage skills in search engine writing to improve effectiveness of site content.
-Provide guidance and thought leadership to a growing team of passionate eMarketers
-Monitor algorithmic changes in the search engines to determine when and how to adapt eMergent Marketing's fulfillment methodology
-Manage day-to-day client relationships through face-to-face meetings, frequent conference calls, and presentations.

Experience:

Must have proven experience delivering results through ethical search engine optimization techniques
Bachelor’s degree with interest or emphasis in communications, marketing, advertising, computer science, or related field
Experience working with companies ranging from mid-size to Fortune 500
Strong understanding of search engine-friendly Web site design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations to Web development partners (note: actual programming and Web design experience is not required)
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
