Commencing in June 2009 we'll be starting two free listing services one for SEO firms & consultants and the other for web design companies within the United States.
Initially the free listing will only be for Company Name, Address (Street, City, State, Zip) and phone number (with area code).
As we expand this we will be including profiles for core services, testimonials, and static links to the company's website.
We currently have an API applet that pulls data from local search and have a team of data entry people organizing that data in meaningful arrangements but because local search is currently more of a self promotion vehicle at the moment the same company can be listed multiple times and many companies are absense.
We are looking for residential experts within their geographical area to assist with the quality control of these resources.
If you wish to assist - please post your city/state here (and whether you should be included SEO or Design or both).
As we develop these resources your sweat equity can be converted in equity in the form of advertising links, editorial links, and promotional rights for the city (ies) you help to managew the quality.
