I suppose 'reasonable cost' is all relative to the beholder Quality results, experience, and professional service at a reasonable cost is doable, but cheap it is not.

thanks - what is reasonable?
fair enough....what would you say is reasonable for quality results? Any suggestions on the best way to select someone and be sure I'm paying a fair price for their work, results? thanks agian.

In my opinion, LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) is a burning topic in SEO now-a-days and an 'LSI based SEO' would be ideal for you.

You may use the key phrase 'LSI based SEO' on Google and search for companies offering this service.

How you come to that conclusion when you don't know his site, the nature of his business or anything else about him/it is a mystery to me!

Seems like lately everyone who learns a little about LSI thinks it's brand new and exclusive to LSI specialists!
Any reasonably experienced SEO will know about - and incorporate the elements of LSI which are useful/required, alongside other techniques - it's not like it's rocket science!

A little more information about the kind of site you're looking to get optimized, it's history, components, regionality, current status, timescale etc would help a lot in deciding who or what type of SEO would be best able to help you and asking for recommendations is the right approach ('though maybe you should specify "3rd party" recommendations only)

LSI is not end of SEO and nothing to do to decide the right person for proper optimization of site.At the end of the day you need rankings/Traffic....So a person who can deliver your requirement will be the ideal person...certainly you need to elaborate your requirement before asking ....
